Getting to the cabins

Both TJ Spofa cabins ( “Pastouska” and “Modrodolska”) are located in Blue Hollow at an altitude of 1050 meters above sea level.
The trail to Blue Hollow starts in Pec pod Snezkou at the end of the parking lot near the chapel, along the road that runs to the Snezka chairlift.

From the road that runs to Snezka, a forest path branches off to the left. The path is marked with red and white blazes, and with arrows indicating “TJ Spofa.”

The Milire Cabin is roughly at the midpoint of this 2km long path, on the left side. After the cabin comes a short climb, then the path levels out.

After another 150 meters or so, a bridge crosses Blue creek and the first meadow of Blue Hollow opens up in front of the trail.

Both our cabins are located on this meadow; to reach Pastouska you follow the poles leading left from the bridge, and to reach Modrodolska you simply climb directly up the meadow from the bridge. The two cabins are a stone’s throw apart.
